Answer: After entering cappadociaultratrail.com address, you should click on the registration button on upper right corner, you can fill out the form that appears in front of you correctly and register. After filling out the form, the website will redirect you to the payment page where you can make your secure online payment and complete your registration.
Question: How do I register for Cappadocia Team Games?
Answer: You need to determine 1 person in the team you have established. This person will go to cappadociaultratrail.com address and click on “Registration” section, which is the last option of the panel at the top of our website, and select the “Cappadocia Team Games” section and fill out the form that appears. After the form is completed correctly, the person's account is created and there will be links on his/her personal page for her/his teammates. He shares these links with his teammates and his teammates complete their registration through this link.

Answer: The registration deadline is October 4, 2022.
Question: What are the mandatory equipments for the race?
Answer: You can access the mandatory equipments by clicking on the “Events” section in our website and select your course. After selecting your course, there will be a new page appearing and when you scroll down , you will see “Read More” button. When you click on that button, you will see detailed information on 11th article called: “Mandatory Equipment”.
Question: Where and how should we get our medical certificate?
Answer: A medical certificate can be obtained from any public hospital, family doctor or private hospital. In addition, when registering on our site, a sample of the medical certificate can be downloaded by clicking on the “medical certificate” section in your account created by you with an e-mail and password.

Answer: A sample of the medical certificate can be downloaded by clicking on the “medical certificate” section from the panel on the left in your personal page created by you with an e-mail and password when registering for the race.
Question: What is the validity period of the medical certificate?
Answer: Medical certificates dated later than 12 months are not accepted.
Question: How can I upload my medical certificate to the system?
Answer: You can upload your medical certificate by clicking on the “medical certificate” section in your account you have created by your email and password when registering on our website.
Question: The expiration date of my sports license is before the race date, is it still accepted?
Answer: If the expiration date of your sports license is before the race date, it is not accepted.
Question: Where can I book my hotel, tour and hot air ballon ride?
Answer: You can book your hotel, tour and hot air balloon ride from your personal page that you have created with your email and password when registering on our website.
Question: Where can we learn the pick-up time for the airport transfer?
Answer: You can learn your pick-up time for airport transfers by clicking on the “Airport Transfer“section in the panel on the left in your personal page created by you with an e-mail and password when registering on our site.

Answer: To learn all the details about checkpoint services for supporters, you can click on the “Microsite” section that appears on the top of our website.
Question: Can my friend run the race with my bib number?
Answer: The registration cannot be transferred to another person.
Question: I will not be able to participate in the race due to my injury, what are the cancellation terms?
Answer: If you are unable to participate in the race due to an injury, you must submit a doctor's report proving your injury. After you sent this report to [email protected], your registration will be transferred to the next edition.

Answer: You can reach the race results from cappadociaultratrail.com "Results" section.
Question: Where can we see the photos taken at the race?
Answer: When you enter cappadociaultratrail.com website, you can click on “Media” section on the top of the page and select “Photos”.
